When I was living as salaried worker, I became interested in health of the body from the physical stress and the stress from modern society.
I want to learn more about my body and improve my discomfort. This is my starting point for exploring the body and healing people.
I raised the theme of « knowing the human body », experienced various genres related to the body such as Alexander Technique, Rolfing, martial arts (Aunkai,阿吽会), nursing care and shiatsu. Shiatsu is the wisdom of the predecessor to unleash the body from everyday stress. It is also the way to connect people with fingers and palms, and to give back to the community and society. My journey will continue a long way.
